Refund Policy

Summary

This Refund Policy explains how payments to GrowMyAgency are handled. In short: service fees are non-refundable. On the Managed Meta Ads plan, instead of a refund, we continue working at no additional service fee until the agreed performance target is met, subject to the terms below and in your service agreement.

This policy must be consistent with the written service agreement you sign. If there is any conflict, the service agreement controls.

The costs involved

It's important to understand the different costs, because they are treated differently:

• Service fees — what you pay us to manage campaigns or deliver a lead package ($999 per month for Managed Meta Ads; a $250 service fee for the Lead Package). These are non-refundable.
• Advertising spend (ad spend) — the money paid to Meta to run your ads on the Managed plan. You fund and own this directly; it never passes through us. It is governed by Meta's terms, not this policy, and is not something we refund.
• Third-party costs — any other tools or services used in delivering the work. These are non-refundable and are not covered by any guarantee.
• Lead fees — on the Lead Package, the $35 per lead charge (10 leads). These are non-refundable.

Managed Meta Ads plan — performance guarantee instead of refunds

The monthly service fee for the Managed Meta Ads plan is non-refundable. In place of a refund, we offer a performance guarantee: if we do not reach the agreed performance target, we continue providing the agreed services without charging additional service fees until that target is met.

The agreed performance target is 2x ROAS (Meaning 2x return on the ad spend budget allocated by you the client).

This guarantee applies only to our service fee. It does not refund or waive your ad spend or any third-party costs, which remain payable.

Conditions for the guarantee

The guarantee applies only when the agreed conditions are met. It does not apply automatically to every situation. Conditions include:

• A minimum monthly ad budget is maintained for the agreed period.
• You provide timely access to required accounts, assets, and approvals.
• You follow up on delivered leads and provide the agreed tracking or reporting data needed to measure results.
• The engagement has run for the agreed minimum period before the target is assessed.

Exclusions

The guarantee and this policy do not cover: ad spend, third-party costs, results affected by factors outside our control, or situations where the conditions above are not met.

Lead Package — non-refundable

The Lead Package is a one-time purchase ($250 service fee plus $35 per lead for 10 exclusive leads, $600 total). All fees for the Lead Package are non-refundable.

A valid lead is any potential client who requests a quote/inspection/service breakdown. Any failure to close a qualifying lead is on the sales team, unless proven otherwise

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when you purchased, together with your service agreement, governs your purchase.
